Our pool service includes: 1) Vacuum pool 2) Skim surface 3) Brush pool walls 4) Empty skimmer and pump pot baskets 5) Blow debris off pool deck 6) Perform a routine computerized water analysis 7) Balance pool or spa water 8) Deliver any  necessary sanitizers and adjusters 9) Backwash filter and clean water line as neccesary 10) Inspect equipment for optium performance.

In addition you will also receive priority placement on any service calls.

Pool Inspections and Consulting
TLC Pool & Spa has a staff of accredited personell that can evaluate or advise you on the purchase of a pool or spa or the purchase a home with a pool or spa. We will give you a customized written report on our findings. You may use this to negotiate with the pool builder or home seller to your financial advantage.

Commercial Pool Care
TLC Pool & Spa is a Certified Pool Operator facility. This means we are in compliance with local health official's requirements for commercial pool care. As a commercial facility, you must have an affiliation with a CPO to pass health department regulations. TLC can maintain your apartment complex, health club, hotel or subdivision pool or spa.
